Business Model

Business Segments

Turnkey designing, civil/prefabrication works and installation, set-up & maintenance of ICU, NICU, PICU, modular operation theatres and prefabricated structure wards in hospitals and medical care centres, including installation of intensive care pendants, LED operating lights, OT tables, high care hospital beds, medical gas pipelines and high-value equipment (ventilators, multipara patient monitoring, critical care, diagnostic, CSSD equipment, mini laboratories), with 3-5 year warranty service and separately priced comprehensive maintenance thereafter.
Sale/supply of high-value medical and diagnostic equipment (Electrosurgical Generator, Electrosurgical Unit, CO2 Insufflator, LED Surgery Light, Surgical & Medical Examination Light, ICU Respiratory Monitoring System, ICU Ventilation System, Anesthesia Workstation, Jaundice Meter, Anesthesia Machine, Harmonic Scalpel etc.) under distributorship agreements with suppliers such as Johnson & Johnson Private Limited and Stryker India Private Limited and relationships with manufacturers like Draeger, Siemens Healthcare, Schiller Healthcare, Epsilon and Resmed.
