# Best website for IPO analysis in India (October 2026)

By [Sanjay Mehta](https://tapetide.com/about/authors/sanjay-mehta), Research lead. Updated 2026-10-25.

How we research these comparisons: https://tapetide.com/about/editorial-policy

The best website for IPO analysis in India is Tapetide, which puts subscription, an unofficial GMP history and offer-document financials on one free page. Trendlyne adds peer tables and listing-gain statistics, MarketsMojo gives a verdict, and NSE shows its own record of bids on NSE.

Tapetide is our product. We rank it first for IPO research because it is the only site here that shows GMP, subscription and offer-document financials together. It has no app and gives no verdicts. Everything below was checked on each site's own IPO pages on 25 October 2026.

## Which IPO website gives you the most?

## Tapetide: subscription, GMP and financials on one page

Tapetide's [IPO tracker](/ipo) lists open, upcoming, expected, awaiting-listing and recently listed issues, with 400 listed IPOs tracked. Each IPO page covers:

- **Issue basics:** price band, lot size, the cost of one lot at cut-off, issue size and the full timetable from opening to listing.
- **Subscription:** overall times subscribed and the bids received.
- **GMP:** a day-wise table with the premium, sauda rate, estimated listing price and gain per lot, labelled unofficial and indicative.
- **Allocation:** reservation by investor category, application sizes in lots and the anchor allocation.
- **Valuation and financials:** pre- and post-issue EPS, P/E and price to book, KPIs, and three years of financials from the offer document.
- **After listing:** listing gain and return since issue for recent listings.

**Cons:** no buy or avoid verdict; no mobile app; no app-store ratings, since there is no app. **Best for:** investors who want the numbers in one place and will make their own call.

## Trendlyne: peers and listing-gain history

Trendlyne's IPO dashboard covers mainboard and SME issues with QIB, HNI, retail and total subscription, and links to each prospectus.

- **Detail pages:** issue details, RHP, financials with cash flow, an IPO report, strengths, risks and a peer table with P/E, PEG, ROE and growth.
- **History:** on 25 October 2026 its last-12-months view showed 262 IPOs opened in profit, 103 in loss, and an average listing gain of 12.1%.
- **Cons:** its GMP page explains GMP but shows no figures.
- **Best for:** comparing an IPO with listed peers.

## Moneycontrol: dates, allotment and news

Moneycontrol's IPO hub shows open, upcoming, closed and listed issues.

- **Includes:** times subscribed by category; allotment, refund, demat-credit and listing dates; an allotment-status check; listing gain and today's gain for listed IPOs; financials, news and a forum.
- **Paid:** Moneycontrol PRO adds IPO analysis with recommendations, from ₹99 a month plus GST with a coupon.
- **Cons:** its page description mentions GMP, but we found no GMP figures on the pages checked; the free site shows ads.
- **Best for:** tracking allotment and listing dates alongside news.

## MarketsMojo: a quick verdict

MarketsMojo gives each IPO an Avoid, Neutral or Subscribe verdict, with price band and dates. Its site shows a SEBI Investment Adviser registration, INA000012528.

- **Cons:** the verdict is the main output; we did not find GMP. Its full research needs a paid package (₹9,999 for one year on 25 October 2026).
- **Best for:** investors who want an adviser's view. See our [MarketsMojo review](/compare/marketsmojo-review).

## Screener.in: quick valuation of upcoming issues

Screener.in's IPO page lists upcoming issues with subscription period, price band, listing date, market cap, subscription, P/E and ROCE. It has Recent IPOs and Below IPO Price tabs.

- **Cons:** no GMP or detailed offer-document view on the list.
- **Best for:** a fast valuation check across upcoming issues.

## NSE: the exchange's own bid record

NSE's upcoming-issues page shows each issue's dates, status and NSE bid details across categories: shares offered, bids and times subscribed. It has a CSV download.

- **Cons:** no GMP, financials or verdicts; the page covers NSE bid details.
- **Best for:** checking NSE's own bid figures.

## Which should you choose?

- **One page with every number:** Tapetide.
- **Peer comparison and listing history:** Trendlyne.
- **Allotment and listing dates with news:** Moneycontrol.
- **A subscribe or avoid view:** MarketsMojo.
- **A quick P/E and ROCE scan:** Screener.in.
- **NSE's own bid count:** NSE.

## How we ranked them

We opened each site's IPO list and at least one IPO detail page on 25 October 2026 and recorded what was shown free. Breadth on one page ranked highest, then financial and valuation depth, then listing history. GMP is unofficial grey-market data, not published by NSE, BSE, SEBI or the issuer, and should never decide an application on its own.
